Support Head of CCAO in creating and managing oversight of reporting, analytics, governance, process, dashboards, etc. that highlight and support the ever changing operating model.
High level review of BSC, budgeting, and Accounting to create CCAO reporting and dashboards.
Create takeaways/action items as a result of meeting outcomes and ensure all stakeholders are meeting deadlines. Develop and deliver matrix that identifies areas that are lagging within the CCAO org.
Program manager of current and future state of CCAO.
Represent CCAO Operations in collaboration with Audit; Compliance and related functions. Proactively ensure compliance and adherence to all requirements to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
Liaise with various business lines, technical teams, operational teams from various business functions, and subject matter experts throughout the enterprise to drive CCAO initiatives forward.
Project manage tasks and initiatives that fall primarily to the head of CCAO.
Guide team with special projects as identified and/or assigned.
Qualifications: / /
Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated project management and change management skill sets. Six-Sigma certified a plus.
Aptitude for viewing problems from business, and technical perspectives; synthesizing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Strong management and communication skills to engage with all levels of the enterprise to help effect transformational change.
Ability to prioritize among multiple projects, adjust to changing demands in a fast-paced environment, and execute with speed, precision, and calm.
Analytical and Forward-thinker.
Problem solver with tenacious follow-through.
