JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Corporate Sector Finance group provides financial management and reporting support for Global Real Estate, Enterprise Technology, Compliance, Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Audit, Executive and other staff areas.
The Global Real Estate (GRE) Finance team sits within Corporate Sector Finance. It is comprised of finance professionals across the globe who are accountable for managing both the expense & capital components of the GRE business function, ensuring a sound control environment, measuring performance, providing value-added analyses, and presenting information and ideas to senior management within Global Real Estate, to the major lines of business, and to the various Firm-wide finance teams who roll up the results of the entire Corporation. The team covers all aspects of managing the firm’s office portfolio including, but not limited to, space management, property management, lease administration, design & construction, transactions, and portfolio management.
This role is part of the Global Real Estate Finance Data & Analytics team, which focuses on driving strategic decisions through insights and analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
Data Architecture and Design
Design overall workforce, location,and financial data architecture to enable delivery of analytics and reporting
Identify and execute onopportunities to automate manual processes
Develop and script point solutions
Manage production / break / fixprocedures\
Partner with technology to co-leadtransformation or enablement efforts
Manage data structure
Analytics Design and Development
Design and develop innovativeworkforce, occupancy, and allocations analytics and reporting
Develop new analytics to driveJPMC’s labor and location strategy – a top strategic priority for the firm
Design and build centralizeddashboards to enable self-service analytics
Identify, communicate, and resolvecross-functional dependencies and challenges
Support the implementation of keybusiness decisions and change efforts
Define and manage service levelagreements with technology and data providers
Deliver presentations with abilityto recognize and incorporate feedback
Support multiple projects andreporting needs by working with teams across the globe
Create work plans and manageexpectations and quality standards for required deliverables
6-8+ years of extensive experiencein data architecture, processing, and analytics
Extensive experience in collecting,analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets
Experience with structured andunstructured data storage, retrieval, and analysis using various analyticstools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau) and query languages (e.g. SQL, SAS, Hadoop)
Ability to structure dataefficiently by applying relevant business context
Superior ability to structure andscope complex problems and lead teams
Keen attention to details anddemonstrated ability to quality check work
Strong team player and stronginterpersonal skills; demonstrable experience managing relationships withdevelopers, internal data providers, and senior clients
Strong academic background (BSc inComputer Science or IS-related disciplines preferred)
Ability to multitask and handle highstress while maintaining accuracy in tight deadlines
