The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a Marketing Project Management Associate located at our New York offices. The Marketing Project Management Associate at Brooks Brothers will be responsible for assisting in the production and execution of print and digital marketing collateral including but not limited to direct mail, barricades, lease-required advertising, emails and website updates. They will ensure business owners are turning over deliverables in a complete and timely manner, the creative team is supported yet meeting deadlines, and they will liaise with outside vendors to manage schedules and uphold quality.This position will report into the Director of Marketing. A key contributor to the marketing team, this individual must have an understanding of print and digital production. They will help coordinate day to day creative and production efforts from conception through delivery including resource management, scheduling, budget tracking and development of project plans.


  • Manage and maintain multiple, simultaneous projects, and ensuring adherence to project guidelines and best practices

  • Partner with various business owners to develop briefs and learn requirements for projects, overseeing timelines, understanding collateral needs and keeping all projects on brand and on time

  • Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure development timelines and deadlines are met

  • Support Director of Marketing with accurate project tracking and scheduling documentation

  • Support Marketing Manager by trafficking all requested changes to emails and website updates

  • Support Print Project Manager by assisting with direct mail pieces, barricades, lease-required advertising and store openings/closings

  • Generate and route wire transfers and coordinate with finance department to ensure timely payment to USPS for all catalog and direct mail

  • Oversee art releases, approvals, pre-press, versioning and file release

  • Order paper to be made to the specs of our product, in line with schedule

  • Ensure forward motion of projects through planning and conflict resolution with a responsive, adaptive, flexible and proactive approach

  • Coordinate with internal partners in global brand management, creative, copy, CRM, social purpose, PR, and legal

  • Route all projects for approval with key stakeholders

  • Partner with print vendors to ensure we are on spec and on budget

  • Manage International, Canadian, and US logistics working with postal teams for cost savings and accurate in-home dates

  • Assist on ad hoc print and digital projects as allocated by the Director of Marketing


  • 2 years experience in print and digital production

  • Understanding of the creative process

  • Prioritization skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to switch focus as necessary to accommodate deadlines and priorities

  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills

  • Must be a team player

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
