Princeton Health is currently searching for a Full Time, Evenings, Pharmacy Supervisor for Princeton Medical Center. Approximate hours are 1pm-9:30pm

Position Summary: The Pharmacy Supervisor plans, coordinates and oversees the delivery of comprehensive and dynamic clinical pharmacy services. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and resolving associate issues as they arise. Mentors team members and provides educational opportunities to enhance the pharmaceutical care activities, while performing in accordance with the New Jersey State Board of Pharmacy, Federal and State Regulatory Agencies, and The Joint Commission Standards, ASHP practice guidelines and medical center policies and procedures.


All Princeton Health employees are required to receive an annual influenza vaccine unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption.


  • PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy

  • Current New Jersey license to practice pharmacy

  • Computer literacy, knowledge of clinical and other computer systems

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer service orientation, a teamwork approach, flexibility, organizational and problem solving skills

  • Professionalism essential


  • Demonstrate Leadership Skill/ Previous management experience
